The apartment at La Monnaie Residence exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable furniture. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment, especially the big windows that provided ample natural light. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights. Collecting the keys was hassle-free, as the office was conveniently close. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment.

During my recent transit through Brussels, I had the opportunity to stay at La Monnaie Residence. Located in a prime location, it was just a 5-minute walk from De Brouckere and a 10-minute walk from Brussels Central, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. being only 20 km away from Zaventem, the hotel was easily accessible for travelers arriving or departing from the airport.

While my stay at La Monnaie Residence was generally pleasant, there were a few minor inconveniences worth mentioning. the parking situation was quite problematic.

The value for money at La Monnaie Residence was excellent - spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and great showers. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions but still quiet at night. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, and even assisted me in ordering a taxi for my early morning flight. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Great location! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished, with plenty of room for everyone. We especially liked the comfortable beds and the fact that there were 2.5 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning much easier.

There were a few minor issues that could be improved. the wifi connection was quite unreliable, especially in the bedroom.

The location, although close to a busy street, was surprisingly quiet. The supermarket nearby was a definite plus. If there were any downsides, it would be the long walk to pick up the key and having to pay in full before seeing the apartment. However, these minor inconveniences were overshadowed by the countless positive aspects of our stay.

I always choose this place for my stay because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, electric kettle, cookware, and flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me with evening plans on my first stay. Perfectly suits me for business trips. No regrets.
